Very Good

Location was pretty good and good pressure on the showers. Also, staff was super helpful. We made a mistake with our booking. We booked for one person instead of two. We were ready to pay the full difference, but they said it was their fault too so only charged us half. It was a nice gesture. Thank you

Nice & comfortable

Very friendly host! He carried all of our luggage up and down, cleaned whenever we needed and even helped me send a package to this address. The location was great too, many convenient stores, cafes and restaurants close by and less than 10 mins to subway and bus.

The room was smaller than expected.

Would recommend for travellers on a budget!

Very friendly staff, did our washing upon request for 4,000 won and always willing to help us. Good location, right next to the ddp and shopping mall, can easily connect with the rest of the city.

There was a leak in the shower and water temperature was irregular.

Wonderful

The room had everything we needed for a long stay, and the staff were always ready to help! Also, the location is near a subway and bus station. Overall a really nice place to stay!

I've got room without the window for first 2 nights and hated . But upgraded on 3rd night to room with window. Please note pictures on the website with zoom extension. Rooms are small specially room with no window!

cozy when everyone follows the rules, sleep was very peaceful

the sheets needed a tiny bit more removing properties as there were tiny stains here and there but overall no problems if you dont look closely

No elevator. Building is old. Photos are from long time ago so the real look of the building is WAY older and not so clean

Very good

The staff came to carry my baggage as there aint any lift. Owner, Mr. Lee very helpful assisted us in getting a van to Incheon. He speak English though his vocabulary limited thus very little comms between us. His worker Lee are more friendly as we communicated in mandarin.

Breakfast are miserable. A loaf of bread lasted us for 3 days and no butter. Juice only day 1.

Superb

Very friendly hosts, helped me with the luggage and also with ideas where to go and what to do. The room was comfy and clean and had a real window to the outside with quite a nice view. The rooftop terrace is also quite nice. Breakfast can be prepared by the guests any time (in theory) which is very nice if you are exploring the night life or recovering from jetlag. The location is great, in close walking distance to a park, to the Seoul tower and to many restaurants and shops as well as subway stations and bus stops.

- The rooms are not very sound proof, so I woke up a few times by a slamming door or an unattentive guest talking loudly. - The self-service breakfast offer is great, but the common room was sometimes blocked by piles of laundry and also, sometimes the fridge was empty and no toast available. Would be great if you could make sure there is always toast in the fridge and not too much laundry messing up the space :)

The hotel looks clean and nice although it’s a bit small. However, definitely worth the price. The property owner is also nice and help to take the luggage.

Recommended for First-Time Visitors in Seoul

The guy, who runs the place was very friendly abd helpful! He carried my heavy luggage to the room, let me use the washing mashine and even gave me something so l could hang the laundry up. Good wifi, fridge in the room, many sights in walking distance. Serveral Metro Lines close by.

Walls are not soundproof, bathroom could have been cleaner.

Good stay for the price

Staff was nice, not always present but you could always call from the reception when necessary without needing your own phone. The room was comfortable enough for the price. The location is quite central. There's a lot of facilities in walking range and a huge museum area just a few minutes away that's definitely worth seeing. The wifi was very good. Even though it's a in a small side street it felt safe.

From the outside the house looks a bit worn down. The shower temperature was hard to control and changed considerably without touching any of the controls. If you have a lot of luggage and come with the subway you will have to walk quite a bit.

Superb

I’ve come from a long trip from Brazil. I left my luggage at my relatives place and booked a room to stay a night in Seoul because I would spend the NYE with a few friends. At first I didnt expect anything but the manager who checked me in immediately upgraded me from a single room to a double room. This was a really pleasant surprise. The room is spacious if you dont have a lot of things with you, its completely clean, quiet and cozy. The location is excellent as it is a few mins away from Dongdaemun station. And not that Korea is an unsafe place, but it was particularly safer because the Police Station was just a few steps away! Excellent and I would totally stay at this place again!

The Guesthouse is good the breakfast is simple only typical bread, strawberry jam, juices or black coffee (no creamer & sugar ). The staff are nice, he help us find our way to guesthouse and fetch us and carry our luggage up to our room in 4th floor. We are seniors and we cannot carry our luggage up. Then upon check out the owner also help us carry our luggage down stairs, sooo nice and helpful and assist us up to bus station. The place is near to Dongdaemun Historical & Cultural place; near to Hospital, Police Station; subway line 4 & 5 (under Lotte Fitin mall) and near bus station going back & fort to either Incheon Terminal 1 & 2 (travel time is 1.5hrs) or Gimpo Airport.
